C&D Auto Paint wants to make training in every aspect of running a collision repair business as easy to schedule and convenient as possible. In addition to our local clinics, seminars and hands-on learning classes, we'll soon offer online computer-based training via a Learning Management System (LMS). These online courses, available 24/7, make it simple to work an opportunity to learn new skills into any schedule. A student can log in from anywhere there is an Internet connection – without any special software or equipment. Interesting & informative format The online learning courses feature digital photos, video, full audio narration and other tools to make the classes interesting and informative. This interactive approach appeals to all learning styles. Complete individualized curriculums can be designed and administered, including knowledge check points, quizzes and final tests. The LMS will also offer the ability to track and report on a student's progress. At a glance, a manager can see who is scheduled for courses, when courses are being delivered, courses that have been taken and successfully passed, along with many other reporting functions.
