For today’s collision repair shop, technical training is essential to staying on top of new technologies and keeping employees at the top of their game. C & D Auto Paint works closely with AkzoNobel to offer technical training that delivers exceptional returns for businesses and customers alike.
Explore the benefits
Training for technicians helps collision repair shops improve customer satisfaction, improve work quality, reduce redos and cycle times, increase output, and improve profitability. Plus, employees appreciate working for a company that invests in training, and it improves their confidence and ability on the job.
Hands-on training
We offer hands-on technical training courses to help you get the maximum benefit from our products. Painters learn by spraying on automotive shells, not just panels, so they see first hand how the paint system performs when blending or on body contours. With our technical training courses, your painters will improve their productivity because we’ll give them the problem-solving skills they need to complete their work effectively and efficiently.

Many technical courses are approved for I-CAR Gold Class points through the I-CAR Industry Training Alliance® program.
